I generally work on two pieces at once so that I can put one away and come back to it.  By putting it away and then coming back to it I can usually see weak points that I couldn't see before.  This is a wonderful Deutsch Drahthaar named Arrak belonging to Jenny Horstman.  He is one powerful dog.  This painting has a long way to go.  Right now it is "resting"!
