Copyright theft is a serious offense.  Use of these images for any purpose is illegal without obtaining permission from the artist.

The creation of a tangible work of art gives the artist the copyright, automatically.  Infringement can be legally stopped at any time.  If the image is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office damages and any profits made from the illegal use of the image can be recovered.  All Noel Hoffmann’s images are registered.  Infringers will be prosecuted.
